KRISTIN BAE MYSEN
I am a Scandinavian blogger from Norway who sees my home as a studio for creativity and play. I also write and publish my own books through my publishing company BOKSTUDIO.
In this blog I want to share with you what I find beautiful, new ideas or simply bring attention to the small details of life. I like to live with a sense of wonder and I hope my blog reflects that.
Besides blogging and running my company, I teach Spanish and English at high school.
If you would like to get in touch with me, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The book Blå hester i Guds hage / Blue horses in the garden of God is written in Norwegian and I published the third edition of the book in December 2014. However the English version will be published in autumn 2015. I sell my book through my website and blog www.myhomeandstudio.linux2.frameworks.no.
The book can of course be purchased through bookstores the ordinary way.
The book consists of daily meditations and is divided into the five following chapters:
- Compassion for oneself
- Compassion for others
- Letting go
My wish for this book is that it may inspire you to take care of yourself and others. It encourages you to make sure that you are where you wish to be or if the time is ripe for change.
The texts offer help for releasing negative patterns of thought, the fear of ageing and the anxiety of dying.
The book invites you to be aware of your senses, your enjoyment and appreciate the life that surrounds you. And, not least of all, it wishes that you are true to yourself, the blue and unique horse in the garden of God.
“Blå hester “ is decorative on your living room table, sturdy enough to be kept in your handbag or on your dashboard and friendly enough to accept coffee stains next to your PC at work. Two to three thousand- year- old texts reinforce each page.
